After his graduation (Abitur) in 1997 Max Zähle moved to Hamburg for a film internship. He worked as location manager and first assistant director on various film sets. At the same time, he studied „audio and visual media communication“ at the Hamm - University in Hamburg from which he graduated in 2002. Subsequently he successfully completed an apprenticeship as film editor at the Handelskammer Hamburg.
Since 2004, Max Zähle has been working as freelance film editor and director for diverse commercials, video clips and short movies. 2008 - 2010 postgraduate film studies in directing at the Hamburg Media School.

Stefan Gieren (*1979), graduated as an engineer in 'Media Technologies'. Received a scholarship for his postgraduate film studies by VFF - Verwertungsgesellschaft der Film- und Fernsehproduzenten.
Has worked as a freelance postproduction engineer & project manager since 2004.
Founded nonprofit educational TV-station in Afghanistan (as Development Director). Guest Lecturer at the University of Herat, Afghanistan.
